REGULATIONS

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia states that the owner of an online store must indicate the delivery terms and return policy, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (Cabinet Regulation).

Distance Contract

The seller of the goods offered on this internet store (SIA Air AD reg. No. 40103932021 (mob. 26227667)), party of the first part (the "Seller"), and the person that places the order (the "Customer"), party of the second part, conclude the following Contract:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Customer in accordance with the Customer's order.

Delivery and payment procedure

The Customer shall order goods via this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods. The Customer may pay for the goods using the payment tools built into the online store or by paying an invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Customer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller shall ensure the delivery of the goods within 20 days from the moment it has received the payment for the goods and shall agree on the delivery time with the Customer.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to reject the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment it has received the Goods by sending the Seller a letter of withdrawal. The Seller shall send the form of the withdrawal letter to the Customer by e-mail upon the Customer's request.

The Customer shall return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal. All expenses incurred regarding the return of the goods to the Seller must be covered by the Customer.

The Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • the ordered goods due to their nature cannot be returned, or they are perishable or they need to be consumed quickly;
  • the ordered goods are made specially for the Customer according to an individual order;
  • the Customer has opened the packaging of an audio recording or video recording or a computer software.

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to either reject the Customer's exercising the right of withdrawal or deduct compensation in case the goods are damaged due to negligent handling of the goods while using them or due to failure to follow the instructions, as well as in case the original packaging is lost or it is significantly damaged.
